This policy explains what information ExamManzil (exammanzil.com) collects, how we use it and the choices you have. ExamManzil is operated by Mohammed Zaid Khan, India.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Order details: products you buy and, for printed books, your delivery address.
• Test and study data: your test attempts, answers, scores and rankings.
• Technical data: basic information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partners: Razorpay for payments in India and PayPal for international payments. We do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank account details.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and give you access to products you buy.
• To show your results, performance and rankings.
• To deliver printed books.
• To reply to your messages and send important updates about your orders.
• To keep the website secure and improve our material.

If we send study updates or offers by email, every email will include an option to unsubscribe.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run ExamManzil, such as our payment partner, hosting and email providers and, for printed books, the courier. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Rankings

If we show a public leaderboard, it will show only your display name and score, not your email or phone number.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and understand how the website is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features, such as logging in, may not work.

Students under 18

If you are under 18, please use ExamManzil with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and accounting reasons. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@exammanzil.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
