Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund for purchases made on ExamManzil (exammanzil.com).

Digital products (PDFs, test series, courses)

• Digital products are delivered instantly. Once you have downloaded a file or started a test or course, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you have not downloaded or started the product, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request.
• If a product does not work because of a technical problem on our side and we cannot fix it, we will give you a full refund.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was taken from your account but the order failed, or you were charged twice for the same order, write to us with the payment details. We will refund the extra or failed amount in full.

Printed books

• If a book arrives damaged, misprinted or is not the book you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the book and packaging.
• After checking, we will send a replacement or give a full refund.
• We do not accept returns of books that arrive in good condition.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to show the amount in your account.
